Will there be additional AFV stats to bring them inline with the stats of NUTS FV? I.e. some of the AFV stats from WAJ, BUTR, and COT are lower than what they are in NUTS FV, I realize some of them are in NUTSFV, but some aren't like early war tanks, armored cars and the various LVTs used in the Pacific...Also, will some of the AFVs used in the Desert and/or early war get added to the compendium?

I'm all in for this book for sure!

Thanks,
Brian

Hi Brian, right now the plan is to have the Compendium focus just on the rules while specific AFV and equipment stats will remain in the various sourcebooks, and in planned sourcebooks for the Desert War, etc.

Greetings,

Been away for awhile. Thinking of pulling the trigger on the WWII books with the March sale, then saw the post about the Compendium.
Price is no object, so if this is coming out soon, I don't need a sale.
Any news on when it might see the light of day?

Many thanks in advance.

Will the Compendium include Big Battles or is that separate? Thanks.

Will the compendium be focused on face to face games or on solo games too? I mean in the same way as in Nuts FV are. Mixed, solo game with the main rules.

IMO, solo game would be better apart from the core rules/scenerios.

Thanks

All THW are solo so the compendium will cover that as well.

Thank you Ed,

I have explained myself very bad, I meant to say, to put a chapter apart only with solo rules within the compendium.

All rules from different expancions/versions or scenario books in a chapter. Or the opposite, all the rules with special features or referred to "face to face combat" in a chapter apart, as a general rule for Nuts! Final Version.

my two cents,

Thanks

Hi,
Right now the Compendium layout mirrors the NUTS! FV book -- so each section of the Compendium would be called the same thing. Example, the "Infantry" section has updated Attributes, new Morale advantages, and also new troop types and rules for engineers, cavalry, parachutists and air drops, etc. Under the Terrain section are updates to NUTS! terrain, and new terrain and weather rules for deserts, jungles, etc.

And when you mean "solo play," is there something specific you had in mind?
Cheers!
