Yes, he did score a point. Forgot to mention that in the post. Sorry 'bout that.

Getting too swept up in the fight, I guess.

And now Okie Digs Deep! But he DOESN'T COVER UP! He's hoping to get lucky and come out ahead and go on the offensive! Will the gamble work? Let's find out!

Okie's stamina drops by 1 (down to 1), but he gets +3d6 on this roll, giving him 7d6 versus Sluggers' 13d6.

Okie: 1,1,1,6,6,2,2 - 5 successes
Slugger: 3,6,5,4,2,3,1,5,2,2,5,1,3 - 8 successes

A: He's tired, but Slugger isn't letting Okie out of the corner!
F: Though Okie's trying to get out of there. He looks like a, uh, a, um-
A: Cornered animal?
F: I was going to say hipster in a crowded Starbucks, but whatever.

Slugger scores 3 points (0-8)! Is Okie hurt by those flurry of punches?

Slugger: 6,6,2 - 1 success.

A: I don't know how Okie can take that punishment and keep smiling.
F: Easy. He's delirious.

Now to see if Okie gets knocked down. Normally I'd ask for Bonus Dice, but both of you are out. So it's just a simple 2d6 roll versus Slugger's Power stat (3d6 if he had been headhunting):

Slugger: 4,1

Slugger passes 1d6 and scores 3 more points (0-11), but Okie stays on his feet and we're back to the Taking Control table!

A: I'm starting to agree with you. Now Okie has to hope he can wait out the clock, but there's plenty of time left in the round!

We're back to Taking Control with 4d6 versus 13d6. Only choices are Covering Up and Headhunting.
How the tables have turned.

Okie's covering up while Slugger's Headhunting.

A: Slugger's taking a risk here, hoping to finish things before the ref breaks them up.
F: Here's hoping the ref does something besides forget half the rules.

Okie's rolling 6d6 (+2 for Slugger's headhunting) with 4s as successes and Slugger's rolling 13d6.

Okie: 6,6,4,3,4,1 - 4 successes
Slugger: 5,4,6,2,4,3,6,5,6,2,2,1,2 - 6 successes

Slugger scores just enough to get a solid blow under the chin. Slugger scores 2 points (0-13). Does it cause any swelling to Okie's face?
Slugger: 6,4 - Nope.

Does Okie drop YET?
Slugger WAS headhunting, so we're rolling 3d6 now versus Slugger's Power stat of 3.

Slugger: 1,2,1 :o

A: He's down!
F: Wait, wait, wait! He might bounce off the ropes!

Okie has the Lucky attribute which lets him reroll once per game on either the KO table or the Recovery table. Would you like to reroll these 3d6, or take a nice nap for a few seconds?
(Your nap will be rolling 2d6 versus your Stamina of 1 on the Recovery Table to get up before the count of 10, you'll also have to pass 2d6 at this point or face a TKO due to being down by 20+ points [he'll score 10 for the knockdown])

So, you have to ask yourself, do you feel lucky NOW, or during recovery.

And he hits the mat! Okie is down!

Slugger scores 10 points! (0-23)

The ref begins the count.

1....2....3...

At this point, Okie's rolling against his Stamina of 1 and needs to pass 2d6 to avoid a TKO call. In effect, that means a roll of snake-eyes is needed. For all of you who have been amazed on Okie's luck, now is the time to place your bets.

Okie: 4,3

Booooooo!

BUT WAIT!

He's Lucky! He has another chance!

4....5...6....7...

Okie: 3,4

8.....9......10 - He's out!

Your winner, at 1:29 in the third round by knock out, Slugger McGraw!

A: Amazing!
F: Slugger can barely hold his arm up!
A: I don't think he even realized he won!
F: Quite a few people lost a bit in Vegas tonight. You know, those sad people who bet on fights in the back of gyms in downtown Philly.

Slugger gains 2 Fame, making his Fame score 2!
Okie loses 2 Fame, down to 1!

Okie's possible stat to lose: 5,4,1,3,1
Boxing
Okie: 1,2
:o
A hard hit! Boxing dice now 1!

And there you have it! Thanks for playing!

Maybe not too worthy, since I don't have the rules. I was just trying stuff. But thanks for letting me try.
